Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?

A: We usually ship by USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS. Delivery usually takes 7–25 business days depending on your location.

Q: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will help resolve the issue.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: When your order is ready for delivery you will receive an email from us with our delivery partners tracking details if theyre available. You will also receive updates from our delivery partner throughout the delivery journey. If your order contains multiple items it may be sent from different locations in multiple parcels. If that happens, youll receive an email for each parcel when its ready for delivery.

Q: Only part of my order has been dispatched or delivered. Will I receive the additional goods I ordered?

A: Sometimes the items youve ordered are stored in different locations.

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we often dispatch the items separately. Well let you know via email whether there are any outstanding items that will be delivered separately or need to be collected at a later date. The rest of your order should be with you in no time.

Q: Do you deliver internationally?

A: Yes. We currently deliver to most countries in Europe, the USA, and Asia, etc. Please contact our customer service if you are uncertain.

Q: Does the furniture come with assembly instructions and tools?

A: Yes. All our small furniture items include a clear assembly instruction manual. Basic tools (such as an Allen key / hex wrench) are also provided if needed. You may need to prepare your own screwdriver or hammer for certain items—please check the product description for details.

Q: Is the furniture easy to disassemble if I need to move or return it?

A: Most of our small furniture can be disassembled. However, please note that screws and connectors may loosen over time, and repeated assembly/disassembly can affect stability. For returns, we generally require the item to be unassembled or carefully disassembled without damage to parts or packaging.

Q: Does the product photo match the actual color and material?

A: We try our best to display colors and materials accurately. However, due to differences in monitor settings, lighting during photography, and natural variations in wood/textiles, the actual product may vary slightly. For natural materials like solid wood or fabric cushions, minor differences in grain or color are not considered defects.

Q:  Can I get an discount if I buy in bulk or wholesale?

A: Yes. If you want lower price, it depends the quantity of your order.

Q:  Can I return or exchange an item I bought online?

A: Yes. We offer a 7-Day Happiness Guarantee, which means you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if your items meet our Return & Exchange Policy conditions. Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
