7-Day Happiness Guarantee
We want you to love your furniture. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
Just email us at service@livingcoraza.com with:
Your order number
A photo showing the issue (if defective or incorrect)
Whether you’d like a refund or exchange
We’ll reply with return instructions and our return address.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, items must be:
Unassembled (if assembly is required) or disassembled back to original condition without damage
Free from scratches, stains, dents, or signs of assembly wear
In resalable condition
With original packaging (including protective foam, corner guards, etc.)
Items that show visible use, assembly damage, missing parts, or damaged packaging may not be eligible for a full refund unless the issue was our error.
Note: Small furniture that has been fully assembled and used is generally not eligible for return under this guarantee, unless defective.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and proper repackaging.
We recommend using a regular postal service with tracking. Once you’ve shipped the item, email us the tracking number.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition:
Full refund will be issued if the item meets the return conditions above.
Partial refunds may be granted for items with minor packaging loss or small non-structural wear that doesn't affect resaleability.
Refunds are processed immediately upon receipt. However, depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you haven’t seen your refund after 14 days, first check your bank account again. If it’s still not there, contact your card issuer. Once the refund has left our system, the timing is controlled by your bank.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already have been processed and dispatched.
